Shipping, Return, and Refund Policy

SHIPPING:
For customers living in the United States: Jason & Lee Co. is currently only servicing shipping through USPS and UPS.Items typically ship within 5-8 business days of purchase. Should you not receive your item(s) please get in touch with your local carrier. Jason & Lee Co. is unfortunately not responsible for any items marked as delivered via USPS or UPS tracking system however reported by the customer as either lost, stolen, or not received.Always verify your address prior to any purchase.For customers living outside of the United States: Shipping prices do apply, and shipping and delivery times are based upon your carrier of choice upon completing your purchase. The same terms apply as mentioned above regarding unreceived products.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. Jason & Lee Co. does understand things happen and wants to give each guest the best experience.
Some products are fragile, and we always take appropriate measures to protect your items before they are shipped. However, damages are subject to happen in transit. Should you receive any items, and that is broken please reach out to J&LCo. via the contact us link on the bottom left of the web page within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the broken item(s) and we will gladly ship a new replacement (free of charge) or we'll send you a unique code to purchase a new item that is equal to is less than the price of your original item.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are given in the exception due to faults from Jason & Lee Co. (ie: you received the wrong item) We always, always want to make sure you have the best experience. if you feel that you are entitled to a full or partial refund. Please contact J&LCo. via the contact us link at the bottom of the webpage. You will receive a response within 24-48 hours.If approved, you should receive your refund within 7-10 business days (unless stated otherwise by your bank) for your refund to be issued.If you have not received any updates regarding your refund, please contact J&LCo. via email at homefragrance@jasonandleeco.com
